Our SMARTmilling technology is the most advanced application system allowing real-time measurement and control, while still maximising shelf-life. This eliminates variability in key pelleting parameters by controlling meal consistency leaving the mixer. This is standard for each & every batch.
The iBOX includes computer technology and a software programme that calculates the correct addition based on sensor measurements. It includes all the pumps and meters required for any application, all enclosed in a stainless steel box. Our customers use both antifungal and antibacterial based products which contain a mixture of surfactants and humectants to ensure uniform dispersion and rapid penetration.
