Grain Conditioning Guide

Conditioning refers to the process of adding conditioned moisture to grain, and allowing it to soak into the grain before rolling. Conditioning improves the appearance of the rolled grain, producing a flat, robust product. A Surfactant Mould Inhibitor is added to the water to prevent the growth of moulds in the finished rolled product.
